About the Speaker

Keri Christensen has 20 years of experience discovering and applying customer insights to drive new product innovation, assess pricing opportunities, uncover white space opportunities and deliver improved customer satisfaction. Working on both the client side and vendor side of market research and data analytics, Keri navigates organizational structures and works across functional areas to help stakeholders utilize data to develop actionable strategic plans.
An accomplished workshop facilitator and presenter, Keri has spoken at industry conferences on pricing strategy, consumer adoption of the “internet of things” and most recently as a keynote speaker on the topic of using pet owner segmentation to futureproof your business at the 2017 North American Veterinary Conference.
With a broad background across industries including telecom, CPG, restaurants, high tech, financial services and animal health, Keri brings a consulting futurist perspective to her clients that provokes consideration of potential disruptors, adjacent spaces and evolving markets as companies look for ways to differentiate themselves from their competition.
Outside of her day job, Keri’s passions are Bikram yoga, mountain biking, paddle boarding and keeping up with her 15 year-old daughter’s sports schedule and social life.
