About the Program
Focus on What Really Matters: Data
Getting the most out of your CRM and marketing automation platform integration isn’t easy. As marketers, we’re up against the challenges of data entry, understanding integration points, and defining sales triggers. Without a plan, the data you’re collecting in both platforms is meaningless.
This presentation is designed to help marketers transform their CRM/marketing automation platform integration into a valuable source of campaign opportunities. Starting with an understanding of how to gather useful data, we’ll examine strategies for building nurture funnels, cross-sell and upsell campaigns, and customer retention communications.
The session will help marketers focus on determining what data really matters and how you can use it to meet your marketing goals, with an eye toward:
- Creating automated email campaigns based on the data you’re collecting in CRM
- Generating variable content that matches your audience’s interests
- Better understanding your true campaign ROI
- Fostering friendships with both your Sales and Accounting Departments
This event is open to members and non members of AMA. For those purchasing tickets with the membership discount, membership will be checked at the door.
